ps logo2 Split Toning in Photoshop Video TutorialI guess some of you still don’t have Lightroom 2 because you asked me if it was possible to do split toning in Photoshop. icon smile Split Toning in Photoshop Video Tutorial The answer is YES. If you have CS4, you can actually do split toning just like in Lightroom using ACR. But if you’re like me and still using an older version of Photoshop there’s still a way to do it.

In this Photoshop video tutorial, I’ll show you how to do split toning just like in my Lightroom split toning tutorial. There are a few more steps to get there compared to Lightroom but we still get there. To be honest, split toning in Photoshop isn’t as intuitive and pixel artifacting is more common but it still looks good once you get the hang of it.

Great to see the old darkroom techniques being properly replicated in photoshop these days. The earlier sepia and toning effects were nothing like the originals!
